Leadership Development

DJ O.G.ONE, through his work with the Leadertainment Foundation, has been an unshakable pillar in my growth as a leader. From mentoring me early in my music career to helping open doors for the growth and expansion of LacedUp PDX, his guidance has taught me how to lead with purpose, create opportunities, and use my influence to serve others. His mentorship continues to shape how I lead, impact my community, and invest in the next generation.

Outcome

Grew from mentee to founder — built LacedUp PDX into a platform that creates opportunities, elevates community, and invests in the next generation of leaders.

Character Brand Development

Growing up toeing the line between the streets and sports, the Leadertainment Foundation challenged me to shift my mindset and showed me the power of stepping fully into my purpose. It challenged me to embrace my potential, lead unapologetically, and use my experiences to positively impact the next generation and my community.

Outcome

Turned adversity into purpose — now leading as a Youth Impact Strategist dedicated to guiding the next generation toward identity, potential, and lasting community change.

Entrepreneurship

Leadertainment helps people understand that before you build a successful business or brand, you must first understand who you are, how you present yourself, and what you represent. The Leadertainment mentorship has helped me strengthen my businesses, identity, and brand while becoming more intentional about the legacy I'm building. Leadertainment is truly helping people build themselves, strengthen their communities, and positively impact culture.

Outcome

Built two thriving businesses rooted in identity and purpose — proving that self-mastery is the foundation of every lasting legacy.

Arts, Culture & Entertainment

I always loved music but never thought it could be connected to leadership. DJ O.G.ONE showed me that my art is my voice — and my voice has power. I use it differently now.

Outcome

Performed at the Reser Center for the Arts, and music was showcased both on commercial radio and in the Moda Center Arena

Workforce Readiness

I came in not knowing how to  navigate into the Portland Music scene as a queer dj/producer. I completed the Leadertainment Music Incubator Program and now own my own business and have successfully establish my dj brand.

What Partners Say

The Leadertainment Foundation brings something to our students that traditional education can't always provide — a belief that they belong, they matter, and they have something powerful to contribute. The results speak for themselves.
