"Communities thrive when people are exposed to positive influences, meaningful opportunities, and systems of accountability that help them become the best version of themselves."
Founded by celebrity DJ, music producer, cultural architect, community advocate, and leadership development advisor David "DJ O.G.ONE" Jackson, the Leadertainment Foundation was created on a simple belief: Communities thrive when people are exposed to positive influences, meaningful opportunities, and systems of accountability. By leveraging the power of culture, leadership, mentorship, and entertainment, the Foundation creates transformational experiences that help people discover purpose, develop skills, strengthen character, and contribute to healthier communities.
