Leadertainment Foundation was founded by David "D.J. O.G.ONE." Jackson to bridge the worlds of leadership development, music, entertainment, education, business, and community impact into one unified movement.
By leveraging the power of culture, leadership, mentorship, and entertainment, the Foundation creates transformational experiences that help people discover purpose, develop skills, strengthen character, and contribute to healthier communities.
Unlike traditional leadership models, the Leadertainment Foundation uses culture, music, sports, entrepreneurship, mentorship, and entertainment as vehicles for growth and community impact.

David "DJ O.G.ONE" Jackson
Founder — The Leadertainment Foundation
David "DJ O.G.ONE" Jackson is a nationally respected celebrity DJ, music producer, cultural architect, community advocate, and leadership development advisor with decades of experience bridging entertainment and community impact.
As the longtime official DJ of the Portland Trail Blazers and a Recording Academy Governor Board member, David has performed in NBA arenas and major concert venues while simultaneously building programs that invest in the next generation.
He founded the Leadertainment Foundation to demonstrate that entertainment can educate, leadership can inspire, and culture can unite — creating moments that become movements.
